How to request deletion

1. Send an email to sebastien@futurearchi.co from the email address of your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. We confirm your request by email and may ask you to confirm it is you.
3. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of the confirmation.

In the mobile app, the same request can be started from ☰ menu > Preferences > Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your user account (name, email address, login), your preferences, and the content of the workspaces you are the only member of: projects, notes, photos, documents, drawings, meetings and reports, tasks and contacts. In workspaces shared with other people, the content you added stays available to them, but is no longer linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Invoices and accounting records, if you bought a subscription or a training, are kept for 10 years as required by French law. Server backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days.
