This page summarises your rights regarding withdrawal and refunds for your SuperArchi subscription. It complements Article 6 of our Terms of Sale, which prevails in the event of any contradiction.

The principle: 14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer (an individual subscribing outside your professional activity), you have a 14-day period from your first subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). This period applies only to the initial subscription and does not reopen at each renewal. If you are subscribing for the purposes of your professional activity, this right does not apply.

The exception: immediate access to the service

SuperArchi is, in most cases, accessible immediately after your first payment. The law provides that you may then lose your right of withdrawal once you have expressly consented to this (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). In practice, before you confirm your first payment, we ask you to: accept our Terms of Sale; confirm that you are requesting immediate access to the service and that you accordingly acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal. This confirmation is retained as proof of your agreement and is restated in your confirmation email.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Amounts already paid for a billing period that has started are not refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused time.
